For Businesses, Groups & Educators

From Messy to Managed
The same systems brain that calms family chaos โ€” for your team.
Chaos isn't just a home thing. Teams, classrooms, and organizations drown in it too โ€” too many moving parts, no shared system, everyone running on fumes. I find where the chaos lives and build the system that fixes it โ€” calm, organized, and actually used.
๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Done-for-you โ€” I build it & run it
๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

Back-office builds

The behind-the-scenes engine: inbox & email systems, CRM setup, file & Drive organization, calendars, and the tools that should talk to each other โ€” set up clean, documented, and built to run quietly in the background.

๐ŸŽฏ

Interim operations & exec support

Drop me in as your ops person when you're between hires or underwater. I triage the inbox, prioritize the day, keep projects moving, and hold the workload โ€” so you can run the business instead of chasing it.

๐Ÿ”„

Workflow & process development

I map how work actually moves, clear the bottlenecks, and build the repeatable playbook โ€” automations, hand-offs & daily rhythms โ€” so things flow without anyone holding it all together.

๐Ÿ”

Systems & organization check-up

Not sure where the chaos lives? I dig into your workflows, calendars, files & communication, find the bottlenecks, and map the fix. A clear plan โ€” the perfect place to start.

๐ŸŽ“ Teach it โ€” training & professional development
๐ŸŽ“

Professional development & trainings

Workshops for businesses, teams, educators & clinics โ€” leadership, communication, ND-aware & trauma-informed practice, behavior & advocacy, and building real systems that stick. On-site or virtual.

๐ŸŽค

Speaking & keynotes

Real, raw, relatable talks for conferences, staff days, schools & community events โ€” on chaos to control, ND & behavior, resilience, and systems that actually hold.

๐Ÿงฉ

Parent coaching & training

Coach & trainer for agencies, clinics, schools & programs โ€” practical, trauma-informed, ND-aware coaching & curriculum families actually use. (Building toward state / DCFS partnerships.)

Why me

I'm not a consultant who read a book. I run 2 businesses + a nonprofit, spent years as a resource specialist (schools, services, IEP/504, behavioral & advocacy), and I build systems by living them โ€” under real pressure, with real people. Some of the youth programs I built are still serving kids 15+ years later.

Real, judgment-free, and built to be run without me โ€” I teach your people to keep it going.

Back-office build
If your inbox runs your day โ€” not the other way around:
23,000 โ†’ under 100

I took a client's inbox from 23,000 unread to under 100, and built the filter & folder system that keeps it there.

Workflow build
If things slip through the cracks between "emailed" and "done":
Inbox โ†’ tasks, automated

Built & deployed a Gmail-to-task-manager pipeline that auto-routes email into the daily workflow โ€” nothing falls through.

Back-office build
If your tools don't talk to each other:
CRM, connected

Set up a CRM lead-connector and tied it into Zoom & Google Workspace โ€” leads tracked automatically.

Interim ops
If outreach keeps sliding to the bottom of the list:
22 prospects / 1 week

Ran a full week of outreach โ€” 22 prospects, 9 responses, and a booked call.

Interim ops & exec
If you need a steady pair of hands running the day-to-day:
55 tasks ยท 40 hrs

55 tasks completed in one week across a 95-task workload โ€” at a steady, reliable 40 hours.

Workflow build
If your team's days have no rhythm and things stall:
5-day operating streak

Held morning-planning & end-of-day tracking rhythms through back-to-back high-volume weeks.

From recent operations work โ€” client names & details removed. And once it's built, I train your people to run it โ€” so it holds after I'm gone.
